Dr. Ashley Varner is a graduate of Beaumont Hospital-Botsford Campus in Farmington Hills, Michigan where she completed her Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency with Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery. While in residency, Dr. Varner demonstrated her leadership abilities and served as Chief Resident of the Residency and of Operation Footprint, while on a mission trip to Honduras. During this trip, Dr. Varner performed reconstructive lower extremity surgery and provided exceptional care to underserved population. Dr. Varner also participated in several publications and research projects focusing on surgery, wound care and disease prevention.

Dr. Amyn Lakhani received his postgraduate residency training in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery with added credential in reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle surgery at Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan, NY. Dr. Silpa Joy grew up in sunny California. She graduated from California State University, Bakersfield with a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology and a minor in Chemistry (Magna Cum Laude). She then attended the California School of Podiatric Medicine and completed her surgical residency in foot and ankle surgery at the Veteran Hospital, San Francisco where she served as the chief resident in her final year.
During her residency, she received extensive training in the treatment and prevention of Podiatric complications in diabetic patients at University of California, San Francisco.
Dr. Joy is dual board qualified by the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery as well as the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and Board certified with American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Having trained in the San Francisco Bay Area, she is well accustomed to the diverse pathology and patient population. Her treatment goal is to return patients back to their normal activities as quickly and safely as possible.

Podiatrist Dr. Asante Pace-Sanchez, DPM
Dr. Asante Pace-Sanchez, originally from New Orleans, Louisiana completed a BS in psychology pre-medicine from Xavier University of New Orleans, and Master of Public Health from Tulane University. Upon relocating to Dallas in 2003, Dr. Pace-Sanchez worked as a healthcare executive also later completing research in applied cognition and neuroscience, earning a second master's degree at the University of Texas at Dallas.
In 2012, she earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from The Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine and completed 3 years of surgical residency training at the Charlie Norwood VA in Augusta, Georgia. Dr. Pace-Sanchez is experienced in treating both clinically and surgically, a broad spectrum of foot and lower extremity conditions including but not limited to routine and complicated diabetic conditions, sports medicine, musculoskeletal overuse injuries and nail disorders.
Outside of Podiatry, she enjoys spending time with her loving husband, son, and their two dogs.
